The receptionist called ahead to confirm our late arrival time, which was very considerate. Additionally, the room was small but acceptable, and the bed, though a bit creaky, was comfortable enough.
the automated check-in system did not recognize our cards, so we had to disturb the receptionist in the middle of the night. Moreover, the bathroom door was unable to close properly and two light fixtures were not functioning.

I did experience some issues with the room, such as a creaky bed and a bathroom door that wouldn't close properly.
